A 48-year-old man, Firoj alias Khaja, has been arrested by Delhi Police Crime Branch in Gurugram after evading capture for nearly 24 years. He was wanted for the 2002 murder of Kalaam Ansari, whose head was allegedly crushed with stones in a forested area of south Delhi. The motive appears to be revenge for a family dispute involving Firoj's brother.
